Here's what you'll need to provide for the fund-raiser
1.) A MOTIVATED Group to host the show. If your group is not excited
about hosting this dynamic show then no tickets will be sold and we'll both be wasting our
time. We only have a limited number of dates that are available for this program and
we are most interested in helping groups that want to help themselves. This will be
an easy event for you, but there will be some work involved!
2.) A suitable auditorium or hall. This show is best on an elevated platform
or stage such as a school theater or assembly hall. A gymnasium can be adequate if
there is room for plenty of seating etc.
3.) A sound system adequate to fill the hall with sound. We prefer a 100
watt or more amplifier and a minimum of 2 speakers with the same output. More is
always better. We'll also need a microphone stand and two inputs into the system.
We'll provide our own Wireless Microphone and Music system. If your
venue does not have a PA system, we can provide one at a minimal cost to you.
4.) 12-20 chairs in good condition on the stage and an audience.
We'll take care of the show, the tickets, the posters, the fliers, ads for your
newspaper, scripts to read over the schools PA during announcements and much more to help
you make the most profit and have the most fun with this event. 5.)
Volunteers to run the camcorder during the show and
act as technical director (run music). If the
show is on a portable platform we may also ask for
volunteers to act as spotters for the safety of
those on stage. 6.) A hotel room for
the night of the show. Usually your group can
get this donated. If not, the room comes out
of the groups split of tickets.
